On Par Simulation Lounge was created by husband-and-wife team Milo and Ashley Johnson with one goal in mind: to build a place where people can come together, relax, compete, laugh, and create memories.

As longtime small business owners and entrepreneurs, we’ve always believed that experiences matter more than things. We wanted to create something unique for Eureka Springs — a space that combines sports simulation, entertainment, and a welcoming atmosphere for both locals and visitors.

Whether you're a seasoned athlete looking to sharpen your skills, a group of friends planning a fun night out, or someone just looking to try something new, On Par was designed to be a place where everyone feels comfortable walking through the door.

Milo brings years of hands-on business experience, craftsmanship, and vision to the lounge, while Ashley’s passion for hospitality, creativity, and customer experience helped shape the atmosphere and feel of On Par from the ground up.
