TERMS, CONDITIONS & FACILITY POLICIES

RESERVATIONS & BOOKINGS

Simulator bay reservations are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until payment is completed and confirmation is received. Guests are responsible for reviewing reservation details, arrival times, and applicable policies prior to booking.

PAYMENT POLICY

Full payment may be required at the time of booking. All pricing, taxes, fees, and applicable charges will be displayed prior to purchase. On Par Simulation Lounge reserves the right to adjust pricing, promotions, memberships, or operational policies at any time without prior notice.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservations may be canceled or modified up to 3 hours before the scheduled booking time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 3 hours of the reservation time are non-refundable. Management may issue reservation credits or rescheduling accommodations at its sole discretion in cases involving severe weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.

LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

Guests are allowed a 15-minute grace period for reservations. Guests arriving late may have reduced play time in order to maintain the reservation schedule for all guests. Reservations more than 15 minutes late without communication may be considered a no-show.

NO-SHOW POLICY

Guests who fail to arrive for their reservation without prior notice may be charged the full reservation amount and may forfeit future booking privileges at management discretion.

BAY CONDUCT RULES

Guests agree to follow all posted safety instructions and bay conduct rules, including but not limited to:

  • Only one person swinging a club at a time

  • Remaining outside designated swing areas while another guest is hitting

  • No throwing clubs, balls, or equipment

  • No reckless conduct, horseplay, or dangerous behavior

  • Only using approved equipment in designated hitting areas

  • Following all staff instructions at all times Unsafe, abusive, intoxicated, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal without refund

EQUIPMENT & PROPERTY DAMAGE

Guests are responsible for damage caused by intentional misconduct, reckless behavior, negligence, misuse of equipment, or violation of facility rules. On Par Simulation Lounge reserves the right to charge the payment method on file for damages resulting from prohibited or reckless conduct.

FOOD & ALCOHOL POLICIES

Alcohol service is subject to all applicable Arkansas laws and regulations. On Par Simulation Lounge reserves the right to refuse service to any guest for any lawful reason, including intoxication, unsafe behavior, or disruptive conduct. Outside alcohol is prohibited unless expressly authorized by management.

MINOR POLICY

Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied and supervised at all times by a parent or legal guardian. Guests ages 16–17 may participate only if a parent or legal guardian has completed required waiver documentation and emergency contact information is provided.

MEMBERSHIPS & PROMOTIONS

Membership benefits, discounts, included hours, promotions, and booking privileges are subject to change at management discretion. Unused included membership hours do not carry over unless otherwise stated. Membership abuse, excessive no-shows, policy violations, or disruptive conduct may result in suspension or cancellation of membership privileges.

LEAGUES, EVENTS & PRIVATE BOOKINGS

League fees, tournament entries, private event deposits, and group bookings may be subject to separate policies and agreements. Private event deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

On Par Simulation Lounge reserves the right to refuse service, suspend play, deny entry, or remove any guest from the premises for unsafe conduct, intoxication, harassment, abusive behavior, policy violations, property damage, or failure to follow staff instructions.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, On Par Simulation Lounge shall not be liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property or for interruptions caused by equipment malfunction, software failure, weather, utility outages, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. If any provision is determined unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

RFID CARD POLICY

RFID cards issued by On Par Simulation Lounge remain property of the facility and must be returned at the conclusion of each visit. RFID cards may not be shared, transferred, duplicated, or used by anyone other than the registered guest. Guests are responsible for notifying staff immediately if a card is lost, stolen, or malfunctioning. Lost, damaged, or unreturned RFID cards may be subject to a replacement fee. Failure to return RFID cards, unauthorized sharing of cards, or misuse of alcohol-enabled access privileges may result in:

  • Deactivation of the card

  • Additional charges

  • Suspension of privileges

  • Refusal of future service

  • Removal from the premises without refund

On Par Simulation Lounge reserves the right to deactivate RFID access at any time for safety, operational, or policy-related reasons.
